It all kicks of with the background of our very own Dave “The Devil Fish” Ulliot who was a petty criminal ans safe cracker in the early years serving time in prison and shall we say on the wrong side of the law from time to time.

It’s a truly compelling read and a book which i feel should be read by every aspiring UK player to let you see what you could be letting yourself in for

The book covers the story of many professionals including devil fish, the hendon mob, John Gale, Willie Tann, Andy Black, Steve Vlader, Xuyen Pham, Gentleman Liam Flood, Donnacha O’Dea, Jeff Duvall, Carlo Citrone, Roy Brindley, Simon “Aces” Trumper, Dave Colclough and many more.

It really is a great read and i personally found it very difficult to out down, i actually read it this year in Cornwall when we took the kids on a 3 week camping trip, the weather was dismal and on one of the many trips to the nearest wh smiths for more pens and paper to keep them entertained i found the book. I read it in 2 days and stayed awake until 5am reading by torch light on day 2. I would highly recommend this book to anyone, even if they don’t play poker!
